As Per the Provisions laid down by the department of Empowerment of persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan), Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment from time to time a persons with benchmark disability should be given compensatory time of 05 minutes in typing/Speed test, and for those candidates having physical impairment Locomotor disability, multiple disabilities can be exempted from the requirement of qualifying the typing test, such candidates should submit the certificate of disability verified by the medical board or from the competent Medical Authority, i.e. Chief Medical Officer/Civil Surgeon/Medical superintendent of a Government health care institution at the time of typing/speed test as per the provisions it has been already mentioned that PwD candidates who are exempted from the typing skill test, must attend venue of Typing skill test on the day of test with admit card, and UDID Card/ Unique disability Certificate

almost 12,500-13,000 shortlisted candidates from all categories for written examination, but not a single candidate from any disability category was shortlisted by the concerned board for the written examination and candidates with disability were again left in mental trauma which is mare injustice with the disabled candidates. If the concerned department is aware about the fact that a candidate with specific type of disability be it Locomotor or multiple disabilities would never be able to achieve a typing speed of 35 words/minute then what is the fun of having reservation for PwD candidates.

Candidates with multiple disabilities were not eligible for maximum category of posts as per the criteria laid down by the Social Welfare department Of Jammu and Kashmir and among all the posts Persons with multiple disabilities were kept eligible for the posts of Junior Assistant, Cadrex Clerk, Cashier, Jr Assistant /Computer-cum-Jr Assistant/l Clerk/Store Attendant and Welfare Organizer, UT Cadre, Divisional Cadres and various Districts, advertised vide Advertisement Notification Nos 04, 05, 06 and 07 of 2020 and 01, 02 and 03 of 2021” Finally Speed test was scheduled by JKSSB in order to shortlist the candidates for written test having speed of 35 words with 90% accuracy/minute, neither 05 minutes relaxation nor speed relaxation was given to the candidates with disabilities during the speed test , total number of candidates appeared for the speed test were around 75-80 thousand and finally jkssb released the list of almost 12,500-13,000 shortlisted candidates from all categories

Dear Modi ji, I would like to invite your attention on our children's future.Every place are open for public but still schools are exempted from that. The real fact is schools are the only place where we following all the rules and regulations correctly.Kindly make the rules no problem but keeping the students again back to online is not appreciated .Kindly consider this for the sake of the future of our nation .

There should a restrictions of paper money trail, means limitations on cash deposit & withdrawal for first 6 month on monthly basis(merly some% deduction as fine) , then completely ban cash transaction beyond 50000 monthly, government can track each & every money trail. Elaborate plan is there if government is interested..
