स्वतंत्रता दिवस समारोह मुझे अपने बचपन के दिनों की याद दिलाता है। हम अपने गाँव के स्कूल में स्वतंत्रता दिवस समारोह में बहुत उत्साह के साथ भाग लेते थे। स्वतंत्रता के मायने तब हम ठीक से जानते नहीं थे किंतु जब तिरंगा फहराया जाता तो हमारे भीतर विद्युतीय ऊर्जा का संचार होता। देशभक्ति के गौरव से भरे दिलों के साथ हम राष्ट्रीय ध्वज को सलामी देते और राष्ट्रगान गाया करते । मिठाइयाँ बाँटी जातीं और देशभक्ति के गीत गाए जाते जो कई दिनों तक हमारे मन में बजते रहते। मैं भाग्यशाली हूं मैं एक स्कूल शिक्षिका बनी और बचपन के अनुभवों को फिर से जीने का अवसर मिला। शिक्षकों के रूप में, आइए हम अपने देश की एकता को बढ़ावा देने और एक ऐसे भविष्य को आकार देने के लिए खुद को प्रतिबद्ध करें जो न केवल शिक्षित हो बल्कि प्रबुद्ध भी हो।

सच्चे मायनो में राष्ट्र भक्ति वही है जो पूरी भारत माता को किसी भी प्रकार से क्षति न पंहुचाये I सरकार के प्रयासों के अलावा हर नागरिक का भी दायित्व बनता है कि देश में न गलत करे न करने दे I मेरे कुछ छोटे छोटे अनुभव है जो शेयर करना चाहता हूँ , मैं सुबह जब बच्चों को स्कूल छोड़ने जाता हूँ तो सारी स्ट्रीट लाइट उजाले में भी ON रहती थी, तो मैं दो चार दिन स्कूटर रोक रोक कर उन्हें बंद किया तो लोग नोटिस करने लग गए और अब मुझे खुशी होती है कि सारी लाइट समय पर बंद मिलती हैं , ऐसे ही गली में सफाई का अनुभव रहा , एक दो बार पडोसी लोगों की भी सफाई की तो अगली बार से स्वयं ठीक हो गया I तो कहने का अर्थ यही है आज के परिपेक्ष में राष्ट्रभक्ति के लिए कहीं कोई फांसी पर नहीं चढ़ना , न कोई आंदोलन की ज़रूरत है , केवल अपनी ओर से कोई गलती न हो और अच्छे प्रयास करते रहें , सम्पूर्ण राष्ट्र को अपना परिवार समझें तो कभी कुछ गलत करने का मन में आएगा ही नहीं I वन्दे मातरम् !

In the national flag of India the top band is of Saffron colour, indicating the strength and courage of the country. The white middle band indicates peace and truth with Dharma Chakra. The last band is green in colour and shows the fertility, growth and auspiciousness of the land. According to me the real experience of tiranga will happen only when I see the circumstances which represent the three colours of our tiranga in the reality like if you see the courage, our athletes have shown in the Paris Olympics and bringing the medals for our nation and despite the losses, the support of our Prime Minister show the real courage. The peace indicates our harmony within the nation and our firm stands against the wars with other countries. The green colour where I experience whenever I see any suitable kind of forest or lush green field where our land is becoming prosperous without any exploitation being done.
