Recognition of Prior Learning, AEDP (Apprenticeship Embedded Degree/Diploma Programmes, WIDP etc. should be given more importance. Informal learning should also be valued. Those who are already eligible to get certificates through RPL, WIDP, AEDP should be identified and certificates should be issued.NSQF level should be respected.
NSDC itself should issue Equivalence certificate to those who are eligible to get ITI, Diploma certificate through RPL, AEDP, WIDP.Those with work experience should be issued CRAFT instructor qualification Equivalence certificate to work as vocational education teachers.Candidates who are qualified as Crafts Instructors should be allowed to apply for the posts of Vocational Education Teachers to be filled in CBSE schools. D.ED should be declared as equivalent qualification for the post of Crafts Instructor.
It is good for students to give experienced people the opportunity to work as teachers in CBSE and ITIs.

National policy for skill development and enterpreneurship, should include success stories of Indian innovator skill and how along with enterpreneur -two men army(innovator and Enterpreneur )works /worked in taking the skill of an Indian Innovator with enterpreneurship development..
Only consolidation of true, practical, translated products developed through the Indian skill and transferred for public utility not only in India but in many other countries including developed Nations through enterpreneurship development ..can give a focus for framing the revised policy.
So please look into my model

National Policy for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship 2025
India, home to one of the largest youth populations in the world, is standing at the cusp of a demographic revolution. By 2030, over 60% of India’s population is expected to be in the working-age group. To harness this demographic dividend, the Government of India has consistently emphasized the need for skill development and entrepreneurial growth. The National Policy for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship 2025 (NPSDE 2025) is the evolved blueprint for empowering the country’s youth with skills and creating an ecosystem conducive to entrepreneurship, thus promoting economic development, job creation, and self-reliance.
The policy aims to bridge the gap between formal education and market demands, foster innovation-driven entrepreneurship, and align India’s skill development infrastructure with global standards. This document builds upon the 2015 version of the policy and aligns with emerging trends,
