सेवा में, माननीय प्रधानमंत्री महोदय, भारत सरकार, नई दिल्ली। विषय: न्यूनतम वेतन से अधिक वेतनमान प्रदान करने हेतु विनम्र निवेदन। मान्यवर, सविनय निवेदन है कि मैं पिछले 16 वर्षों से RDSO अस्पताल में कॉन्ट्रैक्ट कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर के पद पर कार्यरत हूँ। इस लंबे कार्यकाल के दौरान मैंने सदैव अपनी सेवाएँ निष्ठा और पूरी ईमानदारी से प्रदान की हैं।वर्तमान में मुझे न्यूनतम वेतन के आधार पर ही वेतन प्राप्त होता है, जो महंगाई के इस दौर में जीवन-यापन के लिए अत्यंत अपर्याप्त है। दूसरी ओर, नियमित सरकारी कर्मचारियों को 7वें वेतन आयोग के अनुसार लगभग ₹40,000 या उससे अधिक वेतन मिलता है, जबकि कई बार निजी संविदा कर्मियों को उनसे अधिक कार्यभार निभाना पड़ता है।अतः मेरा आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि कृपया संविदा कर्मियों के वेतनमान में यथोचित वृद्धि हेतु आवश्यक कदम उठाने की कृपा करें, ताकि हम भी अपनी आजीविका सम्मानपूर्वक चला सकें और समाज में गरिमा के साथ जीवन यापन कर सकें।आपके समय और कृपा के लिए मैं हृदय से आभारी रहूँगा। भवदीय, [राघवेंद्र सिंह] कॉन्ट्रैक्ट कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर, RDSO अस्पताल लखनऊ, उत्तर प्रदेश
