इतर देश आणि त्यांना आपल्यातर्फे दिली जाणारी मदत संदर्भात, भाग दोन - याबरोबरच परदेशांतील कोणत्याही दुर्घटनांचा किंवा राजकीय घटनांचा आधार घेत त्यांवर काहीं प्रतिक्रिया देण्यासाठी म्हणून आपल्या भारतीयांचा काहीही संबंध नसतांना उगाचंच त्रास देण्याच्या निमित्तानं सभा, मोर्चे तर काहीं ठिकाणी धार्मिक दंगलीही घडवितात, अशा सर्व भारतीय मंडळींना एक कायदा करून त्याद्वारे सन्माननिय न्यायालयांमार्फत हे सर्व विनाकारण त्रासदायक देणं आणि त्यांची तोंडं कायमची बंद ठेवण्यास भाग पाडलं पाहीजे, आज जगात माझ्यापुढे दुसरा जाऊ नये यासाठी सर्वांचीच धडपड चालू आहे, प्रत्येक जणच एकदुसऱ्याला दबावात ठेवण्यासाठी प्रयत्न करीत आहे, काहीं देशांतील मंडळी तर मी सांगेन तसंच म्हणजे कोणतीही वस्तू मग ती अगदी छोट्या टाचणी पासून अगदी मोठ मोठ्या यंत्र सामग्री पर्यंत असू द्या ती कोणाकडून घ्यावी, कोणांकडून घेऊ नका, यांच्याशी असं बोला त्यांच्याशी तसं बोला असं करून फुकटची दादागिरी करीत आहेत, हे सर्व थांबविलंच पाहीजे, उर्वरित भाग तीन मध्ये -

इतर देश आणि त्यांना आपल्यातर्फे दिली जाणारी मदत संदर्भात, भाग एक आपण समस्त सन्माननिय भारतीय नागरिक आपल्या पूर्वांपार चालत आलेल्या परंपरे प्रमाणे  इतरांना जास्तीत जास्त मदत कशी करता येईल याचा विचार करून ती शक्य तेव्हढी मदत पूर्वी करीत होतो आणि आत्ताही करीत आहोत, आपल्या मराठीत एक म्हण आहे की सापांना कितीही दूध पाजलं तरी ते गरळच ओकणार अशीच सध्याची परिस्थिती आपल्यापैकी काहीं निर्लज्ज लोकांची दिसत आहे, आता आपण कोणाला, कशी आणि किती मदत करायची याचा सतर्क राहून विचार करणं गरजेचं आहे, आपण ज्यांना ज्यांना मदत करतो त्यातील काहीं मंडळी जागतिक पातळीवर अगदी उघडपणे आपल्या विरोधात बोलत आहेत आणि वागतही आहेत, आपल्या विरुद्ध जेव्हढी कटकारस्थानं करता येतील ती करीत आहेत त्यातील काहीं दुसऱ्यांच्या दबावामुळे म्हणा किंवा त्यांची मानसिकताच तशी आहे, यांत आपल्यांतील काहीं भारतीयच पण निर्लज्ज राजकीय मंडळीही त्यांच्याच सुरांत सूर मिसळून परदेशीयांना प्रोत्साहन देत आहेत, उर्वरित भाग दोन मध्ये -
