On the 79 th independence day, i would like to introduce Circular Economy Innovation Centers (CEIC)for our new Digital India, the Concept is that as we are growing country developing several industry day by day so by promoting reuse, recycling,upcycling and remanufacturing.The aim to shift the economy from linear model(Take-Make-Waste) to a Circular Model(Make-Use-Reuse-Remake-Recycle). Key Objectives:- 1.Reduce Industrial and Consumer Waste 2.Create Green Jobs 3.Support Local Innovation 4.Improve Resources Efficiency 5.Attract Ethical and Sustainable Investment. *How Governments Can Support:- 1. Provide land and tax Incentives to CEIC Developers. 2.Partners with universities for R&D and Innovation 3. Regulate and enforce extended producer responsibility policies. 4. Offer grants or Loans to recycling startups and cooperatives. 5. Create Public Awareness on Waste Segregation and Circular economy benefits.

NOW ITS INCREASINGLY FROM 62% TO 80%. 3.SO I AM REQUESTING YOU THAT PLEASE EXTEND CREDIT POLICY FOR ENTREPRENEURS TO GIVE THE LOANS AT THE DOORSTEPS OF BENEFICIARIES.
