No organization should engage in credit services without RBI permission. Microfinance institutions like cooperative societies should also make transactions of more than 50000 through their companies' account numbers opened in nationalized banks. RBI's interest rates should be followed. Quick interest, multiple interest should be banned. MSME companies and start-ups should be banned from taking loans from foreign microfinance institutions.Even if loans are provided through APPs, they should be subject to RPI norms. Transfers should be made only through commercial bank account numbers in nationalized banks. Insurance for the investment amount should be mandatory in the interest of investors investing in microfinance institutions.To prevent loan fraud, no individual or company should provide financial services without RBI permission. Loan institutions should only transact loan services through accounts in nationalized banks.

The abdication of responsibility for the advertisements published by their news and visual media is the reason for many money laundering crimes today.Advertising media outlets must conduct a minimum background check on the individuals and companies advertising through their agencies. They must ensure that the advertisements contain complete details such as address, company registration number, website address, and contact information.
The background of those who advertise in news and visual media, social media, and websites should be investigated and published by a mandatory disclosure system. Media outlets that fail to do so should be charged with aiding and abetting fraud and fined.
