Sir for Bihar in my opinion and suggestion I believe that shahnawaz hussain ji will be the best chief minister ever. He does not support any caste or religion he believes in equality and justice. Today place called Bihta situated in Patna District. Bihta is facing lot of problem. Bihta is having IIT and NIT but roads and management of Nagar Parishad is very poor in Bihta. One road Gultera bazaar road of ward 13 condition is very poor. There is school kidzee all student suffer from dengue in rainy and winter as soon much water on broken road. Other is post office road just outside post office road is not made till now. All water come inside post office Bihta. Please help sir we need chief minister like our prime minister Modi ji or Yogi Adityanath ji. In my opinion Shahnawaz hussain ji is best option

लगातार बढ़ती मजहबी कट्टरता, भ्रष्टाचार, जनसंख्या नियंत्रण, न्यायिक सुधार अति महत्वपूर्ण विषय हैं जिन पर शीघ्रता से काम करने की आवश्यकता है। प्रधानमंत्री अगर इन विषयों को अपने वक्तव्य में जोड़ेंगे तो देश में एक सकारात्मक संदेश जाएगा, क्योंकि ये विषय देश के लिए चिंताजनक हैं।

I respectfully submit this complaint to highlight concerns regarding the significant pay disparity between jawans and officers, as structured under the 7th Central Pay Commission. While it is understood that differences in rank and responsibility exist, it is observed that, at the operational level, jawans often perform duties of equal intensity and risk. Additionally, there is a growing perception among personnel that the level of decision-making and leadership expected from officers is not always visible in present conditions. This perception is influenced by current media reports and general environment, which indicate a possible gap between assigned authority and its execution in practice. Such issues may impact morale, motivation, and overall efficiency within the force. Therefore, it is requested that the concerned authorities: Review the existing pay structure to ensure fair recognition of duties performed by jawans. Strengthen leadership accountability mechanisms at all levels.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी सप्रेम नमस्कार यह पत्र १३ लाख बच्चों के अभिभावकों की तरफ़ से क्युकी मुझे लगता है की वो सभी ज्यादातर मेरी बातों से सहमत होंगे केंद्रीय विद्यालय संगठन जो की भारतीय शिक्षा की रीढ़ बन चुकी है एवम नई शिक्षा नीति ने भी काफ़ी अच्छे बदलाव किये है जैसे की बच्चों और शिक्षकों के बीच किताबी बातों के पड़े जाकर असली तथ्यों को महसूस करना सिर्फ़ परीक्षा के बाद अंकों की तरफ़ ना भागना बल्कि पढ़ाई के ज्ञान को जीवन में उतारना ऊपर दिए गए बातें और प्रभावकारी हो जाती है जब की बच्चे गाँव देहात या दूर दराज के इलाक़े वाले स्कूल में पढ़े और वो भी केंद्रीय विद्यालय में महोदय अगर ऐसे विद्यालयों में किसी शिक्षक का तबादला हो जाये तो शिशक और उसके घरवाले तो काफ़ी ख़ुश होते है लेकिन विद्यार्थ और उनके पालक काफ़ी दुखी क्युकी महीनों तक वो जगह भर नहीं सकते और अगर कांटैक्चुअल शिक्षक भरने की सोचें तो भी कोई ज्ञानी व्यक्ति यहाँ आना नहीं चाहता और अंत में किसीको ले भी ले तो वो पढ़ाने योग्य नहीं होता इसका सबसे बड़ा कारण है केंद्रीय विद्यालय संगघन की पालिसी । धन्यवाद
