सुनने में आया है कि EOL Vehicles को लेकर RTO में बड़ी पैमाने पे हेरा-फेरी हो रही है। मेरी valid RC जबरन cancel कर दी। RTO की सांठ-गांठ used or second hand vehicles बेचने वाली Car क॔•-यों से है। अभी कुछ दिन पहले एसा ही मामला Rajasthan RTO में पकड़ा गया है। प्रधानमन्त्री जी से निवेदन है कि किसी भी तरह की विवादित एवं भेदभाव वाली Scheme को तुरंत withdraw कर लेना चाहिए। RTO ने दिल्ली में जब से यह scheme के order हुए हैं पिछले 10 सालों में अच्छी कमाई कर ली है। होना यह चाहिए था कि दिल्ली में diesel Car , SUV complete ban होने चाहिए थे।यह सरकार की भेदभाव वाली Scheme तुरंत withdraw होनी चाहिए। 10 साल 15 साल वाला criteria बिल्कुल illegal है। इसको कोर्ट में आसानी से Challange किया जा सकता है।
