SIM Card Classification System to Eliminate Spam Calls in India
India faces a major issue with spam and unsolicited telemarketing calls despite the DND system. The root cause is the lack of separation between personal and commercial SIM usage.
I propose a SIM classification framework:
- Personal SIM: Only for individuals
- Commercial SIM:
- Type A (Essential services like banks, hospitals) – always allowed
- Type B (Marketing calls) – blocked under DND
- Type C (Unverified) – restricted and auto-blocked if not verified
Key features:
- Caller name + category displayed on every call
- AI detection of spam and misuse
- Automatic conversion of misused personal SIMs
- 100% effective DND (zero spam calls)
This system improves citizen safety, reduces fraud, and strengthens telecom regulation.
In India, many people still feel that public issues are not always handled with the seriousness they deserve.
When someone comes with a family matter or a sensitive issue, they expect to be heard properly and treated with respect. In such situations, casual behaviour, lack of attention, or unclear guidance can make people feel disappointed.
There is a need for better discipline, responsibility, and understanding during duty hours. Every person who comes forward should feel that their concern is being taken seriously.
Improving basic conduct, listening carefully, and maintaining professionalism can make a big difference in building trust in the system.
This is shared as a general observation with the hope that public services continue to improve.
In public service environments, especially in matters involving family disputes and concerns related to women, maintaining a high level of sensitivity and professionalism is extremely important.
There are situations where individuals approach authorities with serious personal issues, expecting clear guidance and a respectful hearing. In such cases, the manner of communication and overall conduct during duty hours plays a crucial role in ensuring that people feel supported and understood.
It is important that interactions in such sensitive matters remain composed, attentive, and aligned with duty guidelines. Even unintentional casual remarks or a lack of seriousness can sometimes affect the confidence of individuals seeking help.
Strengthening adherence to professional conduct, active listening, and respectful communication during public dealing can further improve trust in the system.
This is shared as a general observation with the hope of continued improvement in public
“Respected Sir, I would like you to speak about improving skill development for youth. Many students face difficulty in getting jobs due to lack of practical skills. Government can increase free training programs, internships, and career guidance in colleges. This will help young people become self-reliant and contribute to the nation’s growth.”
