Subject: Minimum Salary Policy for Graduates and Postgraduates Respected Sir, I would like to bring to your attention the issue of very low salaries offered to graduates and postgraduates in India. Despite investing years of effort and significant financial resources in education, many qualified individuals are offered salaries as low as ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, which is not sufficient for basic living expenses. This situation discourages students from pursuing higher education and creates financial stress among young professionals. It also reduces the value and dignity of education. I would like to suggest implementing a minimum base salary policy: - ₹25,000 per month for graduates - ₹30,000 per month for postgraduates This step will ensure fair compensation, reduce exploitation, and motivate students to pursue higher education with confidence. I request you to kindly consider this proposal. Thank you. Yours faithfully, Jayender reddy

Respected PM sir, India’s semiconductor manufacturing in 2026 has made real progress, but the industry still faces major hurdles. Key Risks in 2026- Talent Gap: A severe shortage of skilled professionals is anticipated, with an estimated need for over 200,000 workers in chip design, fabrication, and testing by 2026. High Capital & Operational Costs: Semiconductor fabs are capital-intensive and "thirsty" units requiring massive water, stable power, and land, with significant infrastructure investment required to support them. Geopolitical Vulnerabilities: Trade disputes and international sanctions on materials pose risks to supply chain resilience, potentially causing delays and increased costs. AI Dependency & Technology Shift: A heavy focus on AI-driven chips might leave the market vulnerable if demand shifts, requiring agile adaptation to changing technologies. Establish Strategic Global Alliances: Form partnerships for technology transfer to ensure sustainable manufacturing.

Acid attacks refuse to stop despite strict punishment to the perpetrators. One possible solution to this could be to ask beauty product manufacturers to come up with creams that can negate the effect of acid . This can be applied by girls & young women before stepping out of the house. Warm regards, Sulabha Dhavalikar

Respected Prime Minister, My suggestion is regarding timing of government offices. Presently, in both summers and winters, the timing remains the same. However, these facts merit attention. In second half of June, the sun rises at around 5:22 am and sets at around 7:22 pm. In second half of December, the sun rises at around 7:13 am and sets at around 5:27 pm. The present office timings are perhaps a colonial legacy. As such, the timings may perhaps be reviewed by DoPT: opening offices one hour earlier than present timing in summer and one hour later than present timing in winter. Or, at least for the former, it would be a welcome change for the staff, as they would in a position to gainfully utilize the time.

Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, Sir, this is to bring to your notice about an idea implementation on Restriction and Availability of Social Media platforms for U16 or U18 Karnataka Chief Minister has informed that they shall ban social media platforms for Under 16 kids. however there is no clarity on how it can be implemented We cannot be achieving the goal by just forcing a law on a citizen and the parents / guardians. This has to be solved at the root or a ground level How?, I have shared an Idea in the form of a PPT slide(pdf) in the attachment The slide consists an Idea to issue a license or an ID card, Affects of Social media platforms for below age citizens, implementation process Requesting the team to validate the idea and revert to just confirm if my message has reached Along with this I have many ideas that can bring wonderful changes to the state and to the country for a better civilisation Thanks And Regards Yours Faithfully Tejaswi Rai
