माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी इनकम टैक्स एक्ट 1961 में डिसेबिलिटी पेंशन के बारे में बदलाव हुआ है। जो सैनिक मेडिकल बोर्ड आउट हुए हैं उनकी पेंशन के ऊपर कोई टैक्स नहीं लगेगा और जो सैनिक डिसेबिलिटी होने के बावजूद पूरी नौकरी करके सामान्य तौर पर रिटायर हुए हैं उन पर टैक्स लगेगा। टेक्स रेंज में सिपाही से लेकर होनरेरी कैप्टन तक नहीं आता क्योंकि 12 लाख 75000 तक कोई टैक्स नहीं है इनकी इतनी पेंशन बनती ही नहीं है। यह कानून बिल्कुल सही बनाया है। पूर्व सैनिक संगठन इनकम टैक्स एक्ट 2025 का समर्थन करते हैं और सरकार के साथ है। जबकि कांग्रेस समर्थित पूर्व सैनिक और अफसर संगठन इसका राजनीतिक विरोध कर रहे हैं। इन पर सख्त कार्रवाई हो।

माननीय श्रीमान प्रधानमंत्री महोदय जी ,मेरा आप से एक ही प्रश्न हैं । भारत आजाद हुआ जब से चल रहा हैं । जो आज तक इसका कोई सशक्त उपाय नही हुआ हैं । जो पहले की सरकारों व आपके व आपकी सरकार के द्वारा जो योजना सम्पादित की गई वो धरातल पर आ कर शून्य हो जाती हैं अर्थात उस योजना का लाभ आप जन मानस तक नही पहुँच पाता हैं । जैसे स्वामित्व योजना जो एक शानदार योजना हैं मैं इनके अंतर्गत आने की बाद भी मुझे इसका लाभ नही मिला । आज तक मैं कर्मचारियों व अधिकारियों के पीछे पीछे दौड़ लगा रहा हूँ । पिछले 5 साल से, अतः आप से अनुरोध हैं कि मेरी बात को आप के द्वारा मन की बात में अवश्य जोड़े व इसका निदान करें । धन्यवाद

Honorable Prime Minister, I want to give my suggestions on pension. Pension should be for living and not for luxury, that is why it is necessary to have a lower limit and upper limit for pension. This law should be applicable to all pensioners including the President, judges and honorable ministers. The pension limit should be minimum Rs 40000 and maximum Rs 80000 per month. Its current salary should have no relation with the devotees, no matter how low or high it may be. This limit should increase with time according to inflation.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी , मैं पेंशन के ऊपर अपने सुझाव देना चाहता हूं। पेंशन जीवन यापन के लिए होना चाहिए ना कि विलासिता के लिए, इसीलिए पेंशन के लिए एक लोअर लिमिट और अप्पर लिमिट होना जरूरी है। यह कानून सभी पेंशनधारियों के लिए लागू हो जिसमें राष्ट्रपति से लेकर जज और माननीय मंत्री भी शामिल हों। पेंशन की लिमिट कम से कम 40000 और अधिकतम 80000 रुपए प्रति महीने हो इसका वर्तमान वेतन भक्तों से कोई संबंध नहीं चाहिए कितनी भी कम या अधिक हो। यह लिमिट समय के साथ महंगाई के अनुसार बढ़नी चाहिए। I want to give my suggestions on pension.
