Respected Honorable Prime Minister Shri Modi ji, Idea: In India, we have made very good progress incentivizing first time home buyers under section 80EEA, however this was given only at the time of Covid, when the income was not there for many of the younger generation. If government supports the India to be self reliant, government is earnestly requested to consider extending this opportunity of tax exemption under section 80EEA over and above section 24, for at least next 5 years consecutively till 2027. Also in case the people sell the property within 10 years of the construction, then they will have to return the entire interest back to the government in a full lump sum. This should prevent profiteering motivation for any individuals, ladies self help groups, ladies societies with lower turn over, so that they can get affordable home for them.

Sir, my concern is about deceased account title deeds release from bank for loan taken by deceased. My confrontation vis with SBI in this matter. I have seen that the banks are making the claimants run from pillar to post to get the title deeds released even after making full and final payment of loan. They are asking for documentation that should have been done prior to approval of loan. Survivor/claimant list ought to have been taken at the time of grant of loan. Are managers/agents/employees of banks following the checklist before giving away loans or are they just marking everything right on the software to just get a loan processed for their benefit. I think previously the managers in order to get incentives have committed serious mistakes for which we are paying for now. Please look for such frauds while in service and penalise the offending employee of bank accordingly. Even if the person is retired see that his/her pension is seized. This is in the interest of society at large.

Idea and sharing of my experience on fuel savings: Respected Honorable Prime Minister Shri Modi ji, Idea: In India, we can save Crores of litres of fuel like petrol and diesel with a simple good habit. That is just to shut off engines at traffic signals. For that LED display boards can be displayed at traffic signals showing "Start your engine" before 5 seconds of green signal. My experience: I have a motor cycle of 11 years old which designed to give 65 km mileage. Always it is used to give 58 to 60 km mileage. I just tried the method of switch off the engine at signals in Vizag. In my traveling distance of 40 km in the up and downs, i used to face minimum 10 signals daily. After the practice I found that my mileage increased to up to 64 to 65 and it is excellent in the age of vehicle. Using this practice will save lot of foreign currency to India. India must be cautious on foreign currency inflow, the escalations of war to NATO countries or US will lead to its devaluation. Gold or other commodities can be best option to accept in exchange of all tradings. Hence government should train and educate traders to adopt to new war environment trading.

just try to include the youth in the information broadcasting of all type of schemes , as maharashtra govt had initiated a competition Social Media Mahamitra in 2018 through which the govt took the youth with them and held a compaction of creating awareness among the people and make them realize that there are many schemes by govt that they dont know it will be beneficial for the people as well as for the government. you can get more information about this from Mr. Brijesh singhji (DGIPR Maharashtra)
