Why is it taking so long to release notifications and issue appointment letters related to government ministry jobs and public sector company jobs? Why is so much time wasted in issuing appointment letters even in this age of advanced technology?Three months is too much.Young people have to wait for a long time with fear.The date of examination, date of certificate verification & date of intended issue of job appointment letters should be mentioned while publishing the employment notification. Technologies are available across the country to speed up the administrative process for recruitment. Arrangements should be made for the final decision of the Head of Office at the State level for Ministry jobs and Public Sector Institutional jobs. Priority should be given in employment to the youth of the respective states in public sector companies related to manufacturing and service sector. Freedom to take final decisions on jobs appointment at state level should be given.
