NAMASTE SIR Transfer on spouse ground is banned in Income Tax Department. IT department is not following the recently issued guidelines by the DOPT on spouse ground in which DOPT clearly states that all the central government department should transfer such employees to the state in which their husband/wife is working, But IT department instead of following such guidelines even banned such transfer and frame a new policy on basis of which a transfer can be done only for 3 years. How an employee who working in different state from his/her spouse can live his whole life without them. Department has no idea regarding the conditions of the employees at ground level. Such steps taken by the higher authorities only will discourage them from doing their duty with all their capabilities. What shall we do sir even we have filed our representation through proper channel but nobody is listening at higher level in IT department. Please look into the matter sir.

Honorable Prime Minister, I would like to bring your kind attention towards the matter that on one hand DOPT issued guidelines recently for every central government department regarding transfer of group c employees should be done favorably if husband and wife are working in different states on the other hand inhumane loan basis policy for transfer framed by the Income Tax Department by which all kind of transfer basis on spouse ground are banned and transfer of any official can be done for only three years which means if husband and wife working in different states then they can only live together for only three years. So you can imagine how pathetic life is for the group c employees in the Income Tax department who are living thousand miles away from their wives, kids and children. We are living in a state of distress. Please look into the matter sir as we are having high hopes from you.

Respected prime minister sir I want to grab ur kind attention towards people working in pvt. sector particularly pvt.teachers. This group of so called nation builder is a victim of corruption. On papers salary is something else and in actually it is only part of it. They are not even able to build their own safe future. They are getting money only when their body is working but what after that or if someone fall ill. No safe future sir . Kindly see into the matter. A single person from each family should be given govt job. Only then u can assure financial security to the countrymen. Ones capability cannot be only assessed on the basis of written test or exams only . Many more things are to be considered. I hope u vil look into the unsaid words and pain in mine post. Hoping best from ur side for the betterment of country as well as it's citizens.
