I am surprised that which irregularities I can know from comparing last three years, what are done something wrong not exactly amount. How do consortium’s bankers at board of level. Evaluation at several levels, various Chartered Accounts,bank internal auditor, statutory auditor, how did not it detected is beyond my imagination and there is no investigation by third party investigation. As this is a public money only junior level officials.
