With Great regards I congratulate Honorable Prime Minister sir for communicating with citizens of the country through Man ki Baat. Very unfortunately single women (divorced widow & never married) are stigmatised in India. She as to face financial insecurity Harassment by society Work place harassments & loneliness. Safety is a major concern, not all single women are supported by their families. with age physical & mental health issues, isolation, lack of social security & their earning capacity goes down. Employed married women have child care & maternity leave other than medical leave. single women do not such incentives. they also have to take care of parents, with whom they stay & their own health problems due to the difficult challenges. She has no children or family to look after them. So, my Humble request to Honorable PM is to kindly consider some incentives for single employed women & preferences in welfare schemes for unemployed single women. With kind regards Sir
