dear Modi ji I glad to say u this that covid-19 had lots of damage but also given us new ways to explore the world . In short I want to say that please give us digital education system. we need government digital university. it will help in grow our education system in low budget. I am not going in technical talk as u know u have good team for it . I can say that there no need of making school building at every place or no need of such other expenses related to it. Therefore it is an good idea for growing our literacy rate at minimum costing. dear PM sir,small idea for continuous development of our nation.I see political parties are big hinderences.depending on the percentage of votes each party gets majority one would be the CM,but other parties get their cabinet share depending on the %of votes.automatically budget need to be alloted to them depending on their %of votes.when there is competition continuously around anyone they try to prove them selves,atleast 50%development is guaranteed.if the ruling party feels the pinch,100%development is assured.people needn't wait for 5 yrs to change the neusencical parties.Political parties which are real nation builders need not wait for 5yrs to prove themselves if for badluck they are lost in elections.
