I am a qualified B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from I.I.T. Delhi with 38 years service in various government industries in DRDO and Ministry of Finance. I have following suggestions to make to provide employment opportunities to unemployed, educated youth: The School as well as college level education in our country needs to incorporate in their syllabii, employable skills, which will fethch employment and entrepreneural opportunities locally for the bulk of Indian educated youth. A research project into this aspect of our current education policy needs to be undertaken, on a comprehensive basis all over India, particularly in Rural Sector. We celebrate so many special days in India. Children's day, parent's day, Father's day, Valentine's day, etc. But nobody is requested to spend at least one day, or an hour, or at least a minute for our fallen heroes. Is anyone doing so? when a soldier is alive, he is just a fellow who comes with alcohol on holidays and brags. and once he dies? A mighty hero who sacrificed his life for the nation. there end the greatness of a soldier. so my demand is, we should have a day to commemorate our fallen heroes. #commemoration_day #martyrs_day

Respected PM Modiji this time we have to concentrate on education.First class graduates should be given scholarships on par with backward classes to pursue PG and PhD.Only meager fellowships are being given to PhD students and they are unable to make their both ends meet and leaving their course in the middle in search of secured jobs for higher salary sacrificing their ambition of completing their PhD programme.To encourage the PhD students the concerned universities along with financial aid from UGC must take the responsibility of providing free food and accommodation for PhD students throughout their course and until their completion of the program especially for meritorious students and provide them job guarantee in the teaching profession so that they don't leave their course in the middle due to frustration.Increased fellowship will help them sustain themselves even after finishing the PhD program.The country should focus on increasing intellectual property also along with others
