Sir, the revival of lakes, other water bodies is critical. with urbanisation many water bodies becoming dumping yard or with encroachments its losing its way. Also desilting is not happening before the rains. Kakalur Eri ( Kakalur Lake) needs immediate support. Many self voluntary groups like life on land and Vaagai are doing their best for cleaning the walk path. It needs people visiting the walk path and govt support.
