Respected PM Sir, In all District all kind of professionals should be available. Not crowded in particular city or place. Physically available and working professionals in each district should bebalanced. Like number of Doctors, Nurses, Govt offices, Private offices, CAs, Industries, Infrastructure facility, Hospitals, schools, colleges. It should be balanced in all respect, so that no district go lacking professionals and facilities. This approach will create job opportunities to locals and every district is well resourse managed place.

It is to be Implemented in India As soon as possible. and make it mandatory My Suggestion is; Youth is the Main Power to Country Growth. Every Peer group is creating Youth Association in every area, Lakhs of youth associations are been registered. The youth associans is gathering in only Ganesh Chaturthi and Durga Navarathri festival seasons up to 09-15 Days Maximum, and the Entire year they are under Hybernation. Please Use the Youth for the country Development. Make it mandatory ,that every youth have to maintain office entire year and the office sign board should be placed for every citizen Notice. They should Involve in the country sustainable development. And the Youth association should participate in Social Awareness and development programs in entire year. Thankyou

Dear sir, I really need to shift your focus on student & their studies which is totally damaged in past year's & the mind set of students , they are still studying for government job , they need to Focus on skills, management, financial inteligents to be a job provider. we can solve this problems with your help if you specially talk about students & tell them how's India is growing, speak for students & tell them India need skill full people. PLS CONDUCT MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS PROGRAMS IN TOWNS AND VILLAGES OF INDIA. MENTAL HEALTH IS BIG STIGMA IN INDIAN SOCIETY. PEOPLE LAUGH OR SCARED TO DEPRESSION LIKE MENTAL ISSUES. Respecting our school: Recently, I took my 4 year old son to his school premises. Since schools were closed then, we could only tour the premises outside the gate. While leaving my son did a NAMASKAR to his school similar to how we take the blessings of our elders. He did this on his own and we all were delighted with his respect for school. do highlight this in your speech. Respecting school is most important for all of us to as we learn to respect people from all walks of life and all sections of society. A healthy nation is where one respects everyone thus, promoting unity, harmony and eventually all-round progress

R/Sir, Recently videos of accidents seen on twitter while watching on line news. The accidents took place on a manned rail crossing when gates were closed and bikers enters on track. After watching the video for number of times, I have observed that bikers entered from far side and left their motor bike very close to track and backed out. This leaves a doubt in mind if it is a genuine accident or attempt to sabotage. Unfortunately I could not upload the videos from twitter for confirmation but the photos only. My assessment is given in the attached document for thorough investigation of all such accidents at railway crossings in recent past. For consideration please.

Practice of begging is rampant, especially in metros and urban areas despite laws and measures adopted by state and Central agencies to curb it. There are organised gangs which exploit the innocents and force them to beg just for money. Rescue teams should be formed at district levels to identify such gangs, the members of which should be punished according to existing laws. The old and infirm who are forced to beg should be sent to destitute homes and children sent to rehabilitation and training centres. Government of India should resolve the issues of ST Strike which is going on since long days in Maharashtra but no one is looking into that due to this people are facing so many problems for traveling its very problematic to the people to go through this situation.
