In my view it will definitely beneficial for the insurance sector as well as the social security.

What if there is only a SINGLE EARNING MEMBER in the family apx 9lakhs p.a& there are 9 DEPENDENTS Per head comes out to be 1 lakh pa Take other family of total 2 members have less than 8lakhs pa, in this case per head 4 lakhs pa comes under EWS. How? On comparing both cases who is economically more weak? Criteria must be"Per Head Portion in the family income".
