गौ माता की समस्या कई प्रांतों में बहुत बढ़ रही है अतः मेरा एक सुझाव है अगर हर ग्राम पंचायत की चर नोई भूमि को आरक्षित का गौशाला बनाई जाए एवं उसी ग्राम पंचायत के 10 से 15 बेरोजगार युवाओं को पूरी तरह प्रशिक्षित कर उन्हें गौशाला शॉप दी जाए जहां एक और गायों की ठीक से व्यवस्था होगी वही बेरोजगारों को रोजगार प्राप्त होगा एवं गाय के गोबर से बनने वाली खाद से प्राकृतिक खेती को करने के लिए ग्राम वासियों को प्रोत्साहित किया जा सकता है एवं शेष बची हुई भूमि पर फलदार वृक्षारोपण कर उसे भी 10 से 15 बेरोजगारों को देकर जहां एक और पर्यावरण ठीक होगा वही गांव स्तर पर ही युवा बेरोजगारों रोजगार जी मिल सकेगा
