Universities VCs hardly talk to citizens or even have time to meet any such person who has flavour for such activities. I have sought for sn appointment since last July from the VC of MS University Vadodara , not even mail is acknowledged. Anyway unless they come down from the ivory tower n have regular interaction both with the stake holders ,it is difficult to make it happen in big way. Sir, thanks with your intiative n drive now universities r going to appoint professors of experience ,but similarly the professors also needs to be sent to the industries if their respective fields for orientation in the industries n then only can be considered for higher post n not merely on number of papers published. Sadly, products of Voltas and Croma, which belong to Tata, are not available in CSD whereas, products of foreign firms are available. Sir, On your call to the nation for NEP. for various innovation, research development. For years many professors , research scientists n individual budding enthusiasts work day night n have many products, processes patented, but it hardly guests converted to revenue, simply remains on papers n for judging individual for promotion, in the universities, RRL, CSIR labs.Because they heads of such institutes ,universities never interact with industries, new project aspirants to enter into making.Such research, n innovation are mostly never taken up upto Scale up studies, no full project feseability reports , payback period etc, so who will invest in any such products? I have been trying since the First director general Dr. Mashelkar's time to introduce such system so that new products for various fields can be sold as profit center at all levels in the universities, institutes. This means that all our data i.e. messages on all the different apps and even calls are under observation of US. This is a warning for India. 2. India has IIT, IIITs, and various other superb engineering institutes. Graduates from these firms aim to find a high paying job. So, almost all of them go abroad. We must create environment to ensure that our graduates find working in and for India more lucrative. Already, start ups are coming up. And so, it is possible. 3. In Indian Army, facility on satellite based voice calls exists. But it gets implemented via INMARSAT, a form foreign entity. So, our calls use foreign network thus getting prone to interceptions. With ISRO being great, we can surely have this facility via our own satellite. One implemented, we'll have a more secure facility
