Let me share few examples: 1) If someone need to do vehicle ownership transfer, the person can fill the required details online and the slot can be booked and . RTO person can visit the person's address and get the work done. This will ease the queues in RTO office . Home visit charges can be added for the same as people will be more than happy to get their work done from home. 2) If someone needs NOC for the vehicle, same can be done from their home without visiting the police station and RTO office.
