To promote the culture of paying tax to the welfare of nation , people should be motivated to pay tax by giving subsidies to tax payers. For example if a taxpayer comes to renew his toll card, considering his contribution, based on his tax bracket, he should be given a percentage of discount, highest taxpayer gets highest discount. Even a rupee discount matters to a honest citizen. Now everything is linked it is easy to bring this facility.

Request the government to give verified periodically renewable IR enabled vehicle stickers for doctors and advocates with their registration number. I see everyone putting advocate stickers in their vehicle to avoid toll and traffic police problems. This is not fair from a true citizen.

Away from caste system - As many of the Indians are converting to Islam or Christianity to move out Hindu caste system, government should help by declaring the people who converted to other religions from Hindu religion as open category and No caste. This will allow them to come out castism . But they will have only one drawback, they can't enjoy the reservation benefits.

Our country's mission out of pancha bhoota should be encashing water,air,nuclear energy could be the need keeping fire away to be eco friendly .We should increase wind mills with more subsidies as it will restrain from burning fuel for the life time of the windmill same case with solar,hydel I believe sea energy is the next major source how to establish with our engineers and scientists or with bought out technology from countries advanced in this field
