Dear sir, Please let us our youth know that they are all migrating to urban cities and making those cities fludded with people. This flooding of man powe is lmaking all infrastructure of cities non-usable or crowded. Can we shift our IT and other sectors to taluk areas by which we can move our man power to other area if that state. Please let's think about this. Respected Sir, With profound respect for the judiciary, my sincere request to you is to consider leniency for the youth, mostly students, who have been booked for celebrating Diwali by using some small fire crackers last year. Some innocent youth were also booked out of over-enthusiasm of some police officers to enhance reporting from their area.
