sir, i am a neet aspirant from bihar. i want to draw your attention towards the rising covid cases and flood in bihar. i am a patient of allergic rhinitis and i cannot wear mask for as long as 3hrs so it's too difficult for me to appear for exams. i request u to kindly postpone these exams which is scheduled at 13Sept and shift the dates in winter season may be in nov or dec so that wearing mask would not cause any problem to lungs patients like me as we don't know when this covid will go.
