All companies and organizations must have sensible approach towards growing issue of Covid. While many MNC's have given Work From Home to possible employees to avoid unwanted situations, most of the Big Indian companies are rigid about calling employees in office. This is so ridiculous and inhumane. Those who can work from home must be infact asked to do so which will save both office going and not going staff.
