Dear Prime Minister I speak of the young population of the country i.e. below 18. From our past experience it has become evident that no stone can be left unturned. With the threat of the 3rd wave of covid 19 affecting children, it becomes important to think of them in advance so that we can minimize/deter the impact. I suggest that for the 3rd wave, primary schools(urban) and anganwadis(rural) equipped with medical logistics to be used as a tool to vaccinate(if required) and as care centers.
