The Mann Ki Baat program is very dear to me, and it has a lot of conversation and instruction, but I have a special point, we always talk about the present, if we talk about the year or two left and the future. If it is possible to discuss, then it seems to be the best. Not just the current present situation. If this attitude of mine is bad, you must forgive me.

IAS concept is very old which requires change. Private sector finance is being managed by Qualified professionals while this is not so in the Government. IAS should be bifurcated between IAS(Administration) and IAS (Finance) for better results, Today MBBS /Engineer after clearing IAS is holding post of finance, taxation etc, which is not justified. Revenue will increase tremendously if change is implemented.

East Asian countries like Japan, South Korea, Singapore, China, Taiwan and Malaysia have had phenomenal progress over the years due to a clear vision and strong sense of collective responsibility among its people. Therefore life of people got changed entirely. It may be noted that all the above country are multi ethnic society like us, however, we are far behind them compare to former’s growth. Needless to say those growths of these countries are progressing exponentially. Mission possible.
