Sir, To be frank, I have no idea regarding the culture of 'northeast India'. To change this situation, there should be a flotation of people from either side of India and most importantly people should feel the need of 'northeast India'. For example, when I go to Mumbai(mostly for work) from Bangalore and return to Banglore on any occasion, I bring back something or share something with my relatives and friends which is not found in Bangalore.

I share my Theory in my mother Language (i.e. Bangla) এই COVID পরিস্থিতিতে পরিযায়ী শ্রমিকদের স্বার্থে তাদের পরিবার সহ Unique Ration Card system চালু করার প্রস্তাব রাখছি বাস্তবায়নের জন্য (1) প্রতিটি রাজ্য সরকার তাদের রাজ্যে বসবাসকারী পরিযায়ী শ্রমিকদের স্বপরিবার বুথওয়াড়ী তালিকা বানাবে (2) তালিকার সাথে Aadhar Card যুক্ত করা থাকবে (3)সে অনুসারে খাদ্য যোজনা অনুসারে প্রতি পরিবার পিছু 2টি Card Issue করা হবে যার একটি সংশ্লিষ্ঠ পরিবারের কাছে ও অন্যটি উপার্জনক্ষম পরিযায়ী শ্রমিকের কাছে থাকবে
