the machinery/equipment/furniture etc in government sector/offices become old or a little outdated will be generally condemned as per the departmental procedure. these items may be transferred to lower divisions/offices, so that some infrastructure will be provided. at later date, duly considering suitable steps/modifications in condemnation procedure should be adopted, so rejection of such material from higher offices can be avoided and palatable at lower levels. this is feasible and acceptable
