Sir, Farmer distress is a age old problem. 1. Previously suggested the idea of compulsory automatic crop insurance purchase when fertilisers are purchased. Please review how this can help the farmers. 2. MSP: suggest each crop should have this price based on product, yield, all expenses incured and nominal profit on cost incurred. Why MSP cannot be set monthly by govt run Mandi? By doing so the brokers cannot loot farmers. All transaction in Mandi has to be through bank & no cash

All govt. Officers and staff should have target to dispose off complaints received from common citizens within specified time, otherwise there must be cut in their salary as per Govt;s committee. As they can go on strike for salary hike (Especially Bank employees), Pay commission, Govt. should also have some upper hand in getting their jobs for people of the country as per our constitution, We all must have equal opportunity to get benefits of Govt. and support the Govt. as well.

Dear sir, We started planning a Smart Village scheme 4 years ago but due to personal reasons we could not submit it to your government. In the meantime, Ministry of Rural Development developed a scheme on the same theme. We have studied their scheme and I feel that probably our scheme combined with their scheme, National Rurban Mission,will have added advantage, better development and faster implementation.
