Dear PM Sir, For Middle class service category persons, there r frequent transfer of job from one state to other. For taking the vehicle,from one state to another, we need to apply NOC from parent state and then again apply to new state for new number/registration with taxes. Would request your intervention to make dis process simpler without change in vehicle number so that v need not pay fine in new states for plying the vehicle by local traffic police.
