Honorable Prime Minister Modi, It appears to me that the government should pass a law regarding the convicted individuals. Any person convicted by the Judicial System In India should be barred form any public position. Even the person should not be able to consult with different parties and be part of the national and state politics. e.g. Mr. Lalu Prasad has been convicted by the courts and he is still associating himself with a political party. These people create a mockery of Democracy
