Central govt. should make a ranking system for each districts based on various factor including those of socio-economic reasons.These ranking data will also acts like AAdhar card of each districts. This will help central govt.,state govts and other various funding agencies to plan strategies and focus their energies to solve specific problems of each of districts of our country.
