To encourage taxpayers, govt should take this step. Like CIBIL ratings, even business person should have ratings. They should not be allowed to take loan from any Bank, if their business is in loss or if they have already become bankruptcy in other company as director. All director's aadhar should be liked to some rating agency like CIBIL, so that they don't get even a credit card in whole life. People like Vijay M discourages honest tax payers.

Private workers and Govt Servants Its an opportunity to interact with you. I want to understand why every one is looking for jobs in Govt Sector?
