We need to keep a small QR code on RBI band place of the currency note and it could tell us the note value with RBI logo once scan and it bridge with RBI official app, so when new note publish the app get updated with new QR codes and the app will be available in every phone, even normal phone(camera present).So people scan if any doubt occurs.
