Hon'ble PM Sir. I request you to kindly remove discrimination in the matter of Gratuity Payments between Employees. Central Govt and various States have given Gratuity revision retrospectively from 01.01.2016 to their Employees, whereas PSUs/PSBs were denied. Gratuity Amendment process was initiated by Labour Ministry in 2016, but due to hiccups in Parliamentary proceedings, tabling of the Bill was inordinately delayed affecting badly your Senior Citizens. Mann ki baat is very good platform to share ideas.. Plz establish company in each every city to give employment to youth.. Becoz metro city has only company but this is not possible for every youth to go in big city.. So please think about every youth that live in small cities... Sir, Agriculture income is one of the way to conceal black money. Now that so many steps are being taken to minimize generation of it, I am wondering why wealthy farmers should be exempted from Income tax. In my opinion, farmers with huge land holding or huge agriculture income must also contribute some portion for national development.
