अभी बिहार की नदियॉ उफान पर हैं। बॉध के भीतर बूढी गंडक खतरे के निशान को ठू रही है। लेकिन बॉध के बाहर नदी के पुराने मार्ग जो बहुत गहरे एव॔ विशालकाय जलाशय के रूप में हैं; एकदम संखे पडे हैं। नदी की बॉध में इन जलाशयोअं को भरने के लिए फिटक बने हुए हैं जिन्हें बंद किया हुआ है ईन जलाशयोअं को खेती करने के लिए सूखा रक्खा जाता है, ताकि तालाव की तलहटी में खेती किया जाय। ईस प्रकार मनुष्य एवं जानवर पानी बिना रहने को मजबूर होते हैं। आपका एक शब्द शायद ईनकी आॅख खोल दे। जय जय सियाराम।
