Pranam, In monsoon, when we looked out of window, we are delighted to see greenery but we are disappointed with roads because of water logging and potholes. If we can make a drill on roadside and fit a pipe to drain logged water through the pipe into earth surface just above water table then it will solve water-logging problems and will recharge underground water. The money spent on constructing such rechargers will be less as compared to repeated repairing of roads due to water logging. Thanks
