Each town should have Seedball Bank may be at mohalla level..... Thereafter the seedballs be dispersed in desired areas by using drones or even by helicopters..... Training sorties of helicooters can be utilised for this purpose.... The location and Qty of throwing seedballs should be decided by concerened Ministry/forest dept or Agriculture dept....

Sir, Majority road accidents(fatal) involves 2 wheelers. Unsafe road, bad driving habits are major cause. WHO recommended 30KMPH speed in city where roads are used by different vehicles. We may achieve two goals of reducing pollution and fatalities, if by law we restrict maximum speed of two wheeler to 65 KMPH with two modes city (40 KMPH) and highway (65 KMPH). This will bring in smaller capacity engines with lower fuel consumption. Speed restriction will lower fatalities.

Since long time, i am observing that the Small and Medium RO/ Mineral Water plant used for commercial purpose, operating in thousands of Indian Cities and Villages, who sells their packed water in Plastic Pouches/ Water Bottles. There was no any controls from Municipal, Local, State as well as Central Govt. bodies to regulate the waste water, all these entities are disposing their waste water into the Drainage. Dear Modiji, kindly pass a law for Indian films to mandatory mention suitable age and also message like adult,kids, family to watch as we have in Hollywood films as we our films have many violent , sexual or inappropriate scenes which impacts kids mind and how they take things in future and which also instigate more crimes in society like rape , murders , etc. In overseas India has bad reputation for women safety now films are shown abroad also show rapes in films.it creates a image of country.

R/Sir, Food security is another concern area. With increasing population, by 2030 (Vision 2030 doc) we may need 375 MMTs of food & cereals to meet demand. Production is unlikely to reach this level as no additional land is available for agri-use. Also storage capacity of godowns is ~120 MMTs which is inadequate. It is necessary to increase storage capacity to atleast 200 MMTs and also buffer stock needs to be increased. We may need large import of food items which needs to be planned.

Dear Sir, My suggestion for this month Mann Ki Bath would be the topic of food wastage and steps we need to take for the same. Sir, As you are aware we see food being wasted at marriages,parties,Hotels and even our homes when at the same time thousands go hungry daily on streets. We can open up Annalakshmi counters at street corners where people can come and put in the excess food for others in need to pick it up,If you speak on this whole country will listen and the issue will get its due.
