Respected PM sir; Recently I filed an RTI with the MHRD highlighting several issues of PhD research scholars in different institutes. Attached please find the application and the subsequent replies. Myself is a PhD scholar in IIT Kanpur and this is one of the darkest part in my life. I understand this is more of a suggestion or grievance than an RTI, however I am very much thankful to the MHRD for noting our plight. Please go through the points of grievances in the attachment and address.

Sir,मैं आपका ध्यान स्वछ भारत अभियान की कमियों पर दिलाना चाहता हु। आज सबसे बड़ी कमी सार्बजनिक शौचालयो की है। चाहे बह N.H.हो या सार्बजनिक जगह, जैसे AIIMS DELHI बहा सार्वजनिक शौचालय बहुत कम है और जो हैं तो western शौचालय तो ना के बराबर है। और जो है उनकी condition बहुत दयनीय हैं। टूटे फूटे बदबूदार ओर घुटन से भरे शौचालय है। आपसे अनुरोध है कि सर्वप्रथम मुख्य सार्वजनिक स्थलो पर indian or western toilets की ब्यबस्था हो और proper देखभाल हो। यह कार्य सरकार ही कर सकती है।AIIMS के TOILETS की चेकिंग जरूरी है।

Reg garba disposal which is created in our houses, suggest that to start with, in all municipalities some big companies be selected on competitive bid basis to collect, segregate, recycle and dispose of the garbage. Every household will be compulsorily required to deposit the garbage to this agency. Further, land owners all over he country be it railways, municipal areas, private plot holders be held responsible and fined for accumulation of garbage in their respective areas including burning.

Namaste Modiji.. Our nation is providing numerous benefits for the backward families, and need persons, which is the great thing about our nation. With all this benefits lakhs of families and persons too are getting benefited. My suggestion is to remove the reservation policy in recruitment process. A candidate claiming reservation enjoys all the benefits from government from KG till PG and also scores less marks, greater age, etc., fetches the job, whereas the unreserved candidate fail.

hello modiji.. i want to give some suggestions which may helpful for someone in our country. all suggessions would be based on my personal experience. 1.you can promote our indian youth to share talent on online platform like youtube, facebook. they can make video related to education carreer,motivation,dance,music, how to make mobile phone, how to establish perticular kind of business, invest in share market bond market. thank you
