Inspired by “Swatccha Bharat” scheme, I am suggesting we start “Shaant Bharat” movement. Having come back after staying in Singapore for 5 years, I am surprised with level of honking that happens on Indian roads. I am also confused at the same time as to why they do it. I just completed my 350km of driving and am proud to say I did not even had to press horn once. Its social menace that needs a social movement to change.
