Traffic signals are not obeyed, speeding is the norm, sometimes with two wheelers by-passing traffic by driving on the platforms, helmet less driving, driving by minors and way side hap hazard parking, all leading to loss of life & limb. More stringent curbs, remedial courses & re-certification is needed.
