I would like to bring to your kind attn that only 50 people from 125 crores population of india have been given monopoly for recycling of Plastic Scrap & Used Clothing in Kandla & Haldia SEZ and the excuse given is Environmental threat. Sir...Govt can make strict environmental laws and allow recycling of all products to general public. I am a 20 year experienced person in recycling field with banks and pvt financer ready for investment but do not have govt permission to do recycling
