Today I saw a rikshaw puller carrying pointed steel item on his rikshaw which was coming out of the rikshaw from both sides that was horrible to see as there was huge traffic on the road and people could have hurt with that. It cleary shows that the laws are being broken with no fear and the respective authorities take no action against such traders who for the sake of profit do not follow rules and put life of masses at stack I want this issue to be raised. I am having a Airtel mobile number since last 13yeras.I am using my mobile phone only to receive & make calls & SMS never used internet through my mobile phone. I recharges for 50.00 with life time validity.Today when I went to make recharge of 50.00 I came to know that I could not recharge for the amount I needed.Later I came to know that I have to spend extra money by way of bundled plans.That means I have to get data plan even though I did not want to use it by paying more money for 28 days
