Height of the roads and streets may not be raised so that inhabitants may not face any problem of water logging in their houses on account of lowering bed of their houses by raising the height of roads and streets. Dear sir, A rule may be enacted vide which all stray animals are to be cared in a pond by the respective municipalities and panchayats as the case may be and they may charge Rs.30/- pm from inhabitants of the area through water/sewerage/electricity bill etc. Thanks
