Congratulation to our PM on ‘Howdy Modi’ event. a) Life skills training to be made part and parcel of ‘Vocational Training’ courses. b) Also , we see the growing requirement for living ( part and full time) assistants for the elderly. Though some agencies do provide trained assistants and nurses, most of the people who perform these jobs are not trained enough. This can be an employment generator. Outreach programs in schools could also plug this gap over a period of time.

Dear Mr. Modi, Greetings of the day !! It great to see you work hard for the development of India. It's great the way we are moving ahead in different segments with comparison to the world we are going good. The points are many and the time is less, so let me put across some major concerns. 1) Abolish Reservation System 2) Job in Tourism Sector 3) Environment at stake due to tremendous deforestation.

I would like to suggest that the Co-Operative sector is revamped and rejuvenated by bringing in a 'Model Co-operative Act' ,to be passed by the States, within a year.A Committee of Veteran and Good Co-operators may be constituted to draft the Model Act.Each and every Panchayat should have a Co-Operative Society for giving loans and for supplying essential items of food and daily needs of the Rural people. The Politicians should be barred from entering the Co-operative sector,to commemorate Gandhi

topic plastic free India: govt should open centers to purchase scrap plastic . mostly economic lower class women collect such plastics from road or railway platforms . govt should disposes off this plastic/ send for recycling. govt should levy tax for collection of used plastic from plastic/ plastic component manufacturer . the advantages are: 1) these will generate large employment for economical lower class . 2) cost of the plastic (bags) will go up & will face competition (paper bag)

The move to reduce service life of Government Servant upto 33 years is a welcome step. It should be reduced further to 15-20 years so that more citizens could enjoy the opportunity to serve through premier jobs. Further, it would be better, if we promote recruitment over promotion; facilities in kind over perks (China Model); all level jobs open to all; national job portal over different routes of employment, one citizen one CV to reduce wastage of time, etc. I can develop frameworks.
